From SalsaMobi to BetterEngineer

Our story began in 2007 with the founding of Salsa, LLC, a Texas-based Delaware LLC. In 2013, we saw an opportunity to leverage the exceptional talent pool in Latin America and launched SalsaMobi, focusing on Latin American-based staff augmentation. This year, 2023, marks a significant milestone with the introduction of BetterEngineer, a brand that represents our commitment to connecting you with better engineers in the region.

Today, BetterEngineer operates as a fully distributed company headquartered in Austin, TX. While our core team and engineers are concentrated in Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil, we proudly serve clients across the Western Hemisphere.
